4Color changes a bit after 24 hours. Some may love it, not me  Jul 01, 2012 By D.
I am a big fan of this brand! The color of the nailposishes change and deepen a bit after 24 hours. This particular color goes on a nude purple, but for me changed to a more nude rust color. It was not my favorite, but others may love it. I gave 4 stars because it was only a 4 for my personal color scheme.

4Different, but decent  Sep 04, 2013 By Beanu
At first it took me a while to get used to Suncoat polish because it is so different than other nail polishes I use. But when I thought of the good things about it and how natural it was, really natural, not just a little natural, I warmed up to it. It is different mostly in the removal process...I can't remove it in 2 seconds with regular polish remover like a regular polish, it doesn't melt off, rather it flakes and peels off with rubbing, and takes a while to completely come off. There is a time-consuming process in removing the polish; first you have to soak your nails in hot water for at least 10 min, as hot as you can stand, then you get some cotton balls dipped in the Suncoat polish remover and press them to your nails for about 15 min, then after that the rubbing process begins, which can take a LONG time. It is time-consuming and it takes so long that it is a strike against it. But, I have learned to think of it as relaxing manicure time that I can do while watching The Talk. It slows me down in a good way.
One of the good things about the polish is that it is hardcore natural. For someone who wants natural EVERYTHING, from dish detergent to deodorant to shampoo to floor cleaner, and eschews most makeup because of the chemical ingredients, but misses nail polish, this would be the polish for them.
There are NO fumes whatsoever since it is water-based. I can eat a meal right after putting it on because there are no fume smells ruining it. For someone who has fume sensitivity this polish would be great. Also it dries really quickly, like, in less than 2 min. I think it is the fastest-drying polish I have. It's great if I'm in a hurry. Also the colors are pretty; I have Sienna, Golden Peach, Cotton Candy and Berry. Cotton Candy, a soft shimmery pink, looks great on my fair skin.

1Poor Polish  Feb 26, 2013 By Melissa Wood, ND
In my search to find a healthy nail polish, I purchased this brand and color from my local health food store for $9.50. To say that it is poor polish, is an understatement. It started fading and rubbing off about 2 hours after I had it on. By day 2, you could barely see it on my nails anymore. It streaked terrible. Overall, very poor quality and I don't recommend it.

2This product is a miss  Aug 15, 2012 By Holly
The polish is hard to come off I had to use about 3 cotton balls to remove one coat! You have to buy Suncoats polish remover which I'm sure it would have come off fine then. You cannot expose nails to water for 12 hours after application .... Also it says on the bottle you should remove polish after one week which is not ideal for me. I originally bought it because I was a paranoid pregnant lady and wanted a safe polish to use but it was chunky when I put it on and took a lot of effort to remove. Basically this product is more work than I have time for and I didn't like the results...

2Not as good as Aquarella  May 11, 2012 By Tonya "TRW"
Unfortunately, Suncoat starts to wash off the next day if not sooner. Aquarella lasts longer and looks shiny unlike Suncoat. So, I will be sticking with Aquarella.
